Frequently asked questions
The questions trade partners ask most. If yours is not here, ask in the message field of the application form.
Do I need to log in to see products?
No. Brands, product images, descriptions and suggested retail prices are public — no registration needed.
How do I order?
For a one-off purchase, use the order link on the product page. To work with us as a channel, submit the trade account application and an account manager follows up once approved.
How are pricing and minimum order quantities agreed?
The minimum order quantity is the carton quantity for that item. Most items show it on the product page; where it is not shown, ask us. Pricing is not published; your account manager provides it once your trade account is approved.
What is the price on the page then?
It is the suggested retail price — TWD first on Chinese pages, USD first on English pages. It is not a cost price.
Which items have launched in Taiwan?
Items marked “Picked for Taiwan” have launched here — lead time and terms confirmed by our team; the rest are not yet in Taiwan, and the lead time comes with your quotation.
How long is the lead time?
Items in stock in Taiwan ship about 3 business days after our team confirms the order; lead times for other items are arranged by our team. Items brought in to order arrive 30 to 60 days after the order is confirmed and paid, and no more than 90 days; the actual timing follows the manufacturer production and shipping schedule, and your account manager confirms the date with the quotation.
Can I order just one or two items?
Yes. There is no minimum on the number of items, but each item is ordered by the carton. Most product pages show the carton quantity; where it is not shown, ask us.
Can I list these brands on Shopee, Taobao or my own store?
Yes. Where you sell and at what price is up to you. Include your store URL and channel type in the application so we can suggest the right assets and products.
Can I get product images and copy?
Approved partners receive the manufacturer’s assets; usage follows each brand’s licensing rules.
Is there a printed catalogue?
This site is the catalogue. If you need a PDF, tell us what it is for in the application message field.
We are not a trade partner yet and just want to make contact — is that all right?
Yes. A first contact needs no documents at all; tell us who you are, where you sell and what direction of product you are looking for. Licences and full item lists can wait until the direction is agreed.
What will you ask in that first contact?
Six to eight things: company or store name, what you are (brand, distributor, physical store or online), where and in which regions you sell, the categories you carry, what interests you, and how to reach you. It is deliberately short so the first form is not a chore.
We are a newly opened pet store or a young online shop — can we work with you?
Size is not the bar, but you need a registered trading entity and clear points of sale. Online channels should also tell us the platforms, how stock is managed and how after-sales is handled.
Do pet hotels, grooming salons and corporate buyers count as trade?
Yes, with an explanation of intended use. Which items are available is confirmed separately against each brand’s licensed and supply scope; not everything is open.
What does the review look at?
Four things: whether your standing can be verified, whether product and commercial records are complete, whether you can keep delivering, and whether asset rights are clear. Complete paperwork does not by itself mean we work together — we also look at brand fit and room for a long-term relationship.
What puts a review on hold?
Unclear brand or supply rights, packaging that contradicts filed records, assets without public usage rights, or copy that may touch on treating or preventing disease without the corresponding qualification. These are not rejections; they need to be resolved first.
Can I crop, cut out or add text to the product images you provide?
It depends on the licence for that asset. For every asset we record the rights holder, the media and territories it may be used in, and whether cropping, cut-out, added text, translation and paid advertising are allowed. You get that information with the asset; when in doubt, ask first.
Can I reuse the product copy as it is? Can I add efficacy claims?
The copy can be reused as it is. Please do not add claims about treating or preventing disease, or regulating physiological function — labelling and advertising language for pet food are regulated, and such claims may also fall under veterinary-medicine rules. Check with us when you need to add something.
I am a brand, not a retailer — can I apply here too?
Yes. Brand owners, manufacturers and suppliers with legitimate supply rights all qualify; only the paperwork differs, since the brand side needs supply standing, product compliance records and asset rights. The process still starts with one representative product.
I store my brand’s stock with you — how is it billed? Is there a minimum charge?
You pay for what you use, charged by the day, with storage measured by the carton — the smallest unit is one carton for one day. Storage, inbound, outbound, materials and handling each have a unit price, settled monthly, and you check the statement yourself. Freight is charged at the contracted rate; collected payments are passed through in full, with a separate collection fee.
How fast do you ship the stock you hold for me?
We dispatch Monday to Saturday; there is no dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. Orders confirmed before 12:00 noon ship the same day; orders after 12:00 move to the next dispatch day. Lead times for items you order as a channel are different — see “How long is the lead time?”.
If it does not work out, can I take my stock back?
Yes. How and when stock is returned is set out in the contract. This covers stock we hold for a brand; returns on channel purchases are for defective items only — see “Can I return items that do not sell?”.
Why is the data much fuller on some items than others?
Depth follows the product. Supplements and food need labelling, ingredients, shelf life and filing information; toys and accessories turn on materials, size and who they suit. We do not pad a page for the sake of symmetry, and we do not fill a real gap with copy that merely looks complete.
How soon will someone get back to me after I apply?
We reply within three working days. If you have not heard from us by then, email yes@wedopr.com and we will check.
Can I return items that do not sell?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for defective items only — not for slow-moving stock or seasonal exchanges. We suggest a first order built from items with smaller carton quantities across a range of price bands.
Are wedo.pet and the Shopee store your own?
Yes. wedo.pet, the Shopee store and the Play Pet store are all operated by WEDO, and carry these brands like any other channel. The suggested retail prices published here are the common pricing reference; the terms of a trade partnership are confirmed individually by your account manager.
