Privacy policy
Only the trade account application collects personal data; every other page is static content.
What we collect
From the form: company or store name, contact person, phone, email, LINE ID, channel type, tax ID, store URL, brands of interest, items and quantities of interest, and your message.
On submission we also record a hashed code of your IP address (the raw IP is not stored) and your browser User-Agent, used only to prevent abuse and count submissions.
How we use it
To review your trade account and contact you about partnership. Used only by WEDO, never shared with third parties.
This site carries no advertising trackers and builds no cross-site profile.
How long we keep it
Application data is kept for 2 years after review, or deleted earlier on request.
Submission-count records tied to the IP hash are deleted automatically after 7 days.
Your rights
Email yes@wedopr.com at any time to access, correct, copy or delete your data.
Required fields are needed to review an application; you may decline to provide them, but we then cannot process it.
