Trade terms

Who: channel partners with an active WEDO Trade Selection account. Seller: WEDO International Marketing Group (WEDO).

What: orders where WEDO is the seller. Products that warehoused brands sell themselves are not sold through this platform and are not covered.

Effective: 16 October 2026 (version 2026-10-16). New channel accounts agree when they sign up; existing accounts agree at their next sign-in.

1. A channel account is free. There is no membership or platform fee.

2. After sign-up you have a basic account: channel prices and inquiries. Approved advanced accounts also see stock levels and dedicated quotes.

3. Company, tax ID and contact details must be true. WEDO may downgrade or suspend an account for false details, overdue payment or a breach of these terms.

1. Channel prices are those on the quote WEDO issues. Prices on public pages are suggested retail prices, not supply prices.

2. A quote is valid for 30 days. After that, price and supply need to be reconfirmed.

3. Unit prices on quotes include tax.

4. You decide your resale price and where you sell. WEDO does not restrict resale prices.

1. The minimum order for each product is one case (its case quantity). There is no minimum number of products.

2. An order is placed once you confirm the quote.

1. Standard accounts: pay by bank transfer within 7 days of the order. WEDO ships after confirming payment. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.

2. Accounts with a separate monthly-billing agreement: pay under that agreement; WEDO ships after confirmation.

3. Bank transfer fees are paid by the channel.

4. WEDO issues e-invoices to your tax ID.

1. Items in stock in Taiwan: ship about 3 working days after payment is confirmed (or monthly billing is released).

2. Made-to-order items: arrive 30 to 60 days after the order is confirmed and paid, no later than 90 days. Timing depends on the overseas manufacturer; the exact date is confirmed with the quote.

3. Shipping method and cost are listed line by line on the quote.

1. Before shipping, you can cancel by email at no cost and payments are refunded in full. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once ordered from the manufacturer.

1. Check goods on delivery. Report damaged cartons, short quantities or wrong items by email with photos within 3 working days of delivery.

2. Where WEDO confirms transit damage or a shipping error, WEDO resends or refunds at its own cost.

3. Reports after that period are handled case by case, with no guarantee of resending or refund.

1. Only defective items can be returned or exchanged. Unsold stock and seasonal swaps are not accepted.

2. Email photos and the lot number (or expiry date) of defective items within 30 days of delivery. After WEDO confirms, the item is exchanged or a credit note is issued.

3. Return items in their original packaging. WEDO will tell you how to return them and who pays shipping.

1. Product images, specifications and descriptions come from manufacturers and brands, for channel selection and sales reference only.

2. Approved channels can obtain manufacturer assets; usage follows each brand's licensing rules.

3. Do not add claims about treating, preventing or regulating health conditions to product descriptions. Pet food labelling and advertising are regulated by the authorities.

1. WEDO's liability for any single order is capped at the goods value of that order.

2. Neither party is liable for delays caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war or carrier stoppages.

1. When WEDO changes these terms, the new version and its effective date are posted on this page. Orders placed before the effective date follow the terms in force when they were placed.

2. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

3. Disputes arising from these terms are submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
